Layered planting and stone path in a designed garden

Landscape Architecture

Gardens that grow more beautiful with time

We design residential gardens, courtyards and public landscapes with care for planting, water and light. This is neutral placeholder copy — replace it with your studio's own voice.

The practice

A studio rooted in place and season

Founded on the belief that a good garden is a living thing that improves each year — this is placeholder text you can replace with your own story.

We are an independent landscape architecture studio designing private gardens, rooftop terraces, courtyards and public green spaces throughout Korea. Since our founding we have kept the team deliberately small, so that every commission — whether a compact balcony or a hillside estate — receives the same close attention from first survey to the day the planting goes in. This paragraph is neutral placeholder copy: introduce your own studio here, when it was established, and what you believe a garden should do.

Our method rarely changes. We begin by reading the site — its light, its soil, its slope and its microclimate — long before a single plant is chosen. We listen carefully to how you want to live outdoors, because a garden only succeeds when it is used and loved. From there the design follows quietly, guided by resilient planting and honest materials rather than by trend. Replace this text with a description of how your practice actually works.

What we do

A practice built on three principles

Placeholder principles — rewrite these to describe how your studio approaches each garden and what clients can expect from working with you.

Rooted in place

Every garden begins with the site — its light, soil, slope and microclimate — before a single plant is chosen. The landscape leads the design rather than a fixed style.

Planting that endures

Resilient, largely native planting that thrives with the seasons and matures gracefully, so the garden looks better in its fifth year than in its first.

Considered at every scale

From the overall composition down to the joint in the paving, decisions are made deliberately and held together into a coherent whole you can feel as you move through it.

How we work

From first survey to first bloom

A clear four-stage process so clients always know where a garden stands. Replace these descriptions and timelines with your own scope of services.

01

Consultation & survey

We visit the site, listen to how you want to use it, and record its light, soil and levels. We agree on ambitions and budget before committing to a direction — typically one to three weeks.

02

Concept & planting design

Resolving layout, materials and a season-by-season planting plan into a coherent design. You review at clear milestones and every major decision is made together.

03

Detailing & documentation

Coordinating drainage, lighting, irrigation and hard-landscape details, and preparing the drawings and plant schedules a contractor needs to price and build the garden accurately.

04

Planting & aftercare

On-site guidance through construction and planting, plus a seasonal aftercare plan, so the garden establishes well and stays true to the design as it matures.

Why work with us

What sets the studio apart

Four reasons homeowners trust our crews with their gardens, from the first site walk through years of seasonal upkeep.

Principal-led attention

Your garden is led by a principal designer from the first conversation to the last planting day — never handed down to a junior team the moment the contract is signed.

Sustainable by nature

Low-water planting, permeable surfaces and healthy soil are starting points, not expensive add-ons introduced late in the process.

Clear communication

Plain language, honest budgets and regular reviews. You will always understand what is being decided and why, without needing to read a plan.

Detail resolved on site

We stay involved through construction, resolving levels and planting with the contractor so the finished garden matches the intent rather than drifting during the build.

Recognition

Selected awards & press

Where we work

Gardens across the country

Placeholder — describe the regions, settings and garden types your studio takes on, from city courtyards to coastal grounds.

From tight city courtyards and rooftop terraces to hillside estates and public landscapes, we design outdoor spaces of every scale. We have completed gardens across Korea, including coastal and mountain sites where climate and exposure shape every planting choice. This is neutral placeholder copy you can replace with the settings your studio actually works in.

Questions

Frequently asked

We work across scales, from compact balconies and courtyards to large private grounds and public landscapes. As a small studio we take on a limited number of projects at a time so each receives full attention — this is placeholder text you can edit.
